Batasiolo is a renowned Piedmont winery that produces the most important Piedmontese wines from its vineyards, which are spread throughout Piedmont. The Italian white wine Moscato d'Asti Bosc dla Rei from the Batasiolo winery is a spumante with a charming character. The grapes for this sparkling wine are harvested by hand in the first half of September and then left on the skins for a maximum of 48 hours. The must is then chilled until it is placed in a sealed fermentation tank. The sparkling Moscato d'Asti Bosc dla Rei wine from Batasiolo is then bottled.
