Bolla's journey began with the vision of one man, Abele Bolla. Based in the picturesque Veneto region of Northern Italy, Abele ran a charming family inn. Driven by the desire to offer his guests an unforgettable experience, he decided in 1883 to produce his own wine: a Soave. This wine, with its fresh and golden hues, embodied the true spirit of Veneto. It wasn't long before Abele's wine became a sensation, leading the Bolla family to dedicate themselves entirely to creating authentic Italian wines. And so, a legend was born. The production process for this sparkling wine is meticulous and well-thought-out. After harvest, the grapes are gently treated to preserve their essence. The second fermentation, carried out in closed tanks, ensures the retention of natural CO2, which contributes to the wine's sparkling texture. After stabilization, the Prosecco is bottled and ready to conquer the world.
