A maturation of at least 26 months

The Nebbiolo grapes are harvested by hand and then aged for at least 26 months in large Slovenian barrels. This long aging process allows all the flavors and aromas to come together, revealing notes of dried flowers and spices, as well as oak, vanilla, plums, tobacco, and a hint of toast. The palate is rich and rounded with nuances of blackberries, plums, and currants, while the back of the palate reveals lovely spices, tobacco, and a hint of plum. A superb glass of Barolo! This Barola pairs well with game and braised beef.
