The mission of Champagne Jacquart
Founded only in 1962 by a group of talented and ambitious winemakers, the Jacquart house quickly established itself among the leading international champagne brands. The house's name comes from Rue Jacquart in Reims, a charming neighborhood. With complete control over the development of its wines, Jacquart produces only high-quality sparkling wines, with the utmost respect for the environment and Champagne tradition. Each champagne has a unique and contemporary style. The focus is on Chardonnay, and the blends create unique champagnes.
Jacquart's mission is to transform those small, everyday pleasures into special occasions. These evoke emotions and can be shared with others! The vineyards selected for Champagne Jacquart now comprise a mosaic of more than 60 vineyards, among the 150 vinified each year. They are carefully tended by our partner winegrowers. Each contributes its own aromatic nuance and texture to the richness and complexity of the champagnes.
The vinification of Champagne Jacquart Mosaïque Rosé
This cuvée boasts all the typical Chardonnay finesse rounded out by the ripeness of the Pinot Meunier and the structure of the Pinot Noir, 15 to 18 percent of which is vinified as red wine. The addition of red Pinot Noir to the blend and a light dosage result in a very well-balanced champagne.
Rosé Champagne is a celebration in every way. First of all, this Jacquart boasts a beautiful salmon pink color. The aroma is complex and aromatic, reminiscent of cherries, red berries, and wild strawberries. Later, the tasting reveals hints of peach and apricot. Fruity, with a fine mousse and excellent balance.
