Paul Mas Belluguette is one of our favorites from this beautiful winery. We already knew that Paul Mas is a forward-thinking company. Domaine Paul Mas is currently one of the largest and most renowned wineries in France, without compromising on quality. With over 600 hectares of its own vineyards and an additional 1,312 hectares of vineyards owned by contracted winegrowers, there's a perfect place for every grape variety to grow. This diversity of vineyards, locations, and plantings allows Domaine Paul Mas to produce a wide range of exquisite wines at attractive prices. Something this beautiful winery can be more than proud of.
Wood maturation for this top wine
The Château Paul Mas Belluguette is made from three beautiful grape varieties: Grenache Blanc, Rousanne, and Vermentino. These three true French grape varieties are not all easy to grow. Thanks to years of experience and expertise, the winemakers at Château Paul Mas manage to create beautiful wines from them. After careful attention in the vineyards, the grapes reach their full maturity after a peaceful growing season. Each grape variety is harvested separately in the early morning, after which vinification takes place individually. The Grenache Blanc and Rousanne are aged for several months in both French and American oak barrels. The Vermentino provides perfect balance and a wonderful freshness. Once the final blend is created, the wine is aged in bottle for several months in the Château Paul Mas cellars. What does Chateau Paul Mas Belluguette taste like?
Pouring this beautiful white wine, we were immediately captivated by its stunning color. It's a golden yellow with a beautiful golden sparkle. The aroma immediately reveals the wine's light oak aging, with lovely notes of wood, vanilla, and fresh fruit. The palate is also very inspiring, a truly beautiful wine. This Château Paul Mas Belluguette Blanc boasts aromas of mango and pineapple, alongside notes of vanilla and brioche. It's beautifully floral, robust, and refreshing. The finish of this magnificent wine is full and complex, and pairs wonderfully with fish dishes, grilled fish, and BBQ chicken.Product details
