This Clobanel Rosé is a true Sud de France, wonderfully summery with refreshing flavors and aromas. The beautiful Clobanel vineyards are located in the warm region of Languedoc-Roussillon. Shiraz and Grenache grapes are used, and they complement each other perfectly in this Rosé. The vines are situated in the hills and receive ample sunshine, allowing the grapes to develop a strong vigour. The fresh breeze blows through the vineyards, cooling the grapes, which is noticeable in the refreshing style of this Rosé. At ideal ripeness, the Shiraz grapes are harvested first, followed by the Grenache grapes three weeks later. This is followed by a crucial period for Clobanel's winemaker: finding the perfect balance between the two grape varieties. Well, leave that to him, because this wine is exceptionally good.
