His wines have a distinctive style and character and are consistently highly acclaimed. He works with the most modern equipment and vinification methods. Winemaker Dominique Ferret has his own modern winemaking method, overseeing the wine from harvest through vinification and aging using the most modern techniques. The white wines are also stored in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at five degrees Celsius.
