Description
The name Alìe is named after the legendary creature Alìe, a symbol of sensuality and beauty. The secret of Alìe lies in the combination of its territorial characteristics, the vineyard's management, and, of course, the expertise of Frescobaldi's winemakers. The vineyards for this rosé are located near the sea, which has a special effect on the harvest. Although white grape varieties thrive in cool climates, Frescobaldi also chose to plant red Syrah here. This blend of red and white grapes gives the depth to this Alie Rosé. From the vineyard to the cellar, attention to detail is fundamental. Once harvested, the grapes are quickly transported to the cellar to avoid crushing or damaging the bunches. Once in the tank, they are pressed without the presence of oxygen, a new technique primarily used in rosé wines. The pressure applied during this stage gives this rosé its freshness and finesse.
The aroma and taste of the Frescobaldi Alie Rosé
Alìe Rosé stands out for its extreme sensuality. A refined and elegant wine, characterized by its pale rosé color and subtle peach highlights. Its intense aroma offers immediate freshness and a bouquet of peach, rose petals, and grapefruit. The sharp and unmistakable bouquet floods the senses with intoxicating Mediterranean aromas that merge with the scents of fresh, ripe red fruit. On the palate, the Frescobaldi Alìe Rosé is perfectly balanced and very smooth, well-rounded with citrus fruits and notes of pink grapefruit mixed with Marasca cherries and white fruit, giving the wine an elegant, smooth finish. This Alìe Rosé is, of course, wonderful in the sunshine on the terrace, but it also pairs well with dishes such as tuna, salads, carpaccio, and light meat dishes.Product details
