Hand harvest for Girlan Pinot Bianco
Cantina Girlan was founded in 1923, when 23 winegrowers joined forces to establish a winery in a former 16th-century farmhouse. With the laying of the first stones, a rich history of passion and dedication to producing high-quality wines began. Over the years, the winery has built an excellent reputation as a leading wine producer in the region. The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully placed in small containers to avoid excessive pressure. The grapes then undergo a gentle pressing and clarification of the must through natural settling. After these steps, fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. During fermentation, the sugars in the grapes convert into alcohol and carbon dioxide. Girlan Pinot Bianco is a beautiful white wine with a lemon-yellow color that fills the glass with its radiant brilliance upon pouring.
