The Hubert Brochard Les Trois Coteaux Sancerre Terres Caillotes is a magnificent white wine that perfectly captures the character of Sancerre. With its pale yellow color and subtle greenish notes, this wine immediately draws the eye. The nose is captivated by an explosion of fresh aromas of grapefruit and passion fruit, which blend elegantly with the mineral notes derived from the flint soil. Upon tasting, the wine reveals its rich, crisp, and elegant character, full of fruity flavors and a distinct minerality that lingers on the palate. This wine is a perfect accompaniment to fish dishes, shellfish, pâtés, and various cheeses, especially goat cheese such as the famous Crottin de Chavignol.

A Winery with a Rich History

The story of Domaine Hubert Brochard begins in the early twentieth century, when Aimée Brochard inherited her father's vineyards. Together with her husband, Hubert, she began cultivating grapes and raising goats to produce cheese. Today, the estate is run by the fifth and sixth generations of Brochards, with brothers Daniel, Jean-François, and Benoît at the helm, assisted by Daniel's daughters, Caroline and Anne-Sophie. With 152 hectares of vineyards in Sancerre, Pouilly-Fumé, and Vin de Pays du Val de Loire, Domaine Hubert Brochard has built an impressive history of producing wines that beautifully express the terroir of their region.

Outstanding Quality and Unmistakable Terroir

What makes the Hubert Brochard Les Trois Coteaux Sancerre Terres Caillotes so special is the careful attention paid to the unique characteristics of the terroir. The flint soil adds an unmistakable minerality to the wine, which combines perfectly with the fresh and fruity aromas of the Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The wine is hand-harvested and undergoes careful vinification to preserve the purity of the grapes. This results in a Sancerre of exceptional quality that will delight both connoisseurs and casual wine drinkers. Discover the finesse and craftsmanship of Hubert Brochard in every sip of this exquisite wine.
