Finally, we get to taste this Cava. What immediately strikes us is that not only the bottle is gold, but also the color of the Cava. The delicate bubbles swirling in the glass are truly beautiful. The aroma is exuberant, with notes of yellow fruit, lime peel, grapefruit, and red apple. On the palate, this Jaume Serra is enchanting, a very soft mousse (bubbles) with a rich bouquet of fruity notes. On the back of the tongue, this Jaume Serra Brut Gold offers nuances of freshly baked bread and nuts, as well as citrus and apple, which completes this top-notch Cava.
