Kleindal is the latest project from the majestic Robertson Winery. It is located in the town of the same name in the South African interior. This region accounts for a significant portion of South African wine production. Nearly 20% of production comes from the vineyards surrounding Robertson, a significant amount. The town, named after the preacher William Robertson, grew to prominence through ostrich and horse breeding. From the mid-20th century, the area's potential as an excellent wine region was increasingly recognized, and more and more wineries began establishing themselves there.
The Ruby Cabernet vineyards of Kleindal

The base of this red wine is the somewhat unknown Ruby Cabernet. It's a successful cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and Carignan, giving this wine considerable body, depth, and complexity. The vineyards are located a stone's throw from the mighty Breede Rivier. This river flows like a vein through the landscape, essential for viticulture. Thanks in part to the Breede Rivier, the grapes for Kleindal Ruby Cabernet are of exceptionally high quality.
Enjoy a glass of Kleindal Ruby Cabernet

Kleindal Ruby Cabernet is a delicious glass of red wine for true lovers of South African wines. A sublime glass of red wine that will instantly make our vinologists' mouths water. A liquid paradise, a celebration from the first sip to the very last drop. We call that craftsmanship. The intensely fruity aroma of Kleindal Ruby Cabernet is reminiscent of ripe red and blue berries. A distinct spiciness is also detectable in the aroma and taste. The oak influence is clearly evident on the palate. This makes Kleindal Ruby Cabernet an excellent accompaniment to a meal with spicy and bold dishes.
