Langmeil has a rich history dating back to 1842. Langmeil Winery is one of the leading wineries in the Barossa Valley. A true family business, it is managed by the Lindner family. Chief Winemaker Paul Lindner now oversees the vinification process, paying particular attention to producing wines from individual vineyards. Langmeils Riesling is harvested from mature vines growing on the ancient soils of the cooler Eden Valley. After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented at a cool temperature, resulting in a delicate and intense wine with good balance and crisp acidity, typical of the renowned Eden Valley region in the Barossa.
