Despite its attractive price, the aroma and flavor are truly exceptional. Laurent Miquel Heritage Vineyards Chardonnay Reserve comes from the Pays d'Oc region. This is a collaboration between several departments in the south of France. By joining forces and marketing the wines under the Vin de Pays d'Oc label, they can achieve higher quality. Individually, the departments of Gard, Herault, Audé, and Pyrenees Orientales cannot compete with the major French wine regions, but together they are a major player in the French market.

Through the Pays d'Oc partnership, Laurent Miquel has access to numerous hectares of vineyards. This ensures that only the finest Chardonnay bunches are selected for this fantastic white wine. The climate here is ideal for growing grapes. The sun shines brightly and works overtime daily during the summer months. Furthermore, Laurent Miquel's vineyards are relatively close to the coast, providing cool nights. It all starts with the harvest. The Chardonnay grapes are hand-picked. This allows the winemaker to apply stricter selection. Only the fullest and most beautiful bunches of Chardonnay grapes are considered for Heritage Vineyards Chardonnay. But you get a lot in return. This wine is then aged in oak for several months, building strength and suppleness. The strength and thirst-quenching character of Heritage Vineyards Chardonnay are striking. On the nose, you discover cedarwood, yellow fruit like nectarine, and peach. On the palate, it's deliciously creamy with plenty of vanilla and yellow fruit.
