It all starts with the harvest. The Chardonnay grapes are hand-picked. This allows the winemaker to apply stricter selection. Only the fullest and most beautiful bunches of Chardonnay grapes are considered for Heritage Vineyards Chardonnay. But you get a lot in return. This wine is then aged in oak for several months, building strength and suppleness. The strength and thirst-quenching character of Heritage Vineyards Chardonnay are striking.
