What does Domaine Cazes Le Canon Du Marechal taste like?

A delightful white wine with fresh floral and stone fruit aromas. The Muscat and Viognier grapes are harvested mechanically at night, as the cool temperature perfectly preserves their aromas. The grapes are crushed immediately, and the juice is then allowed to rest. Fermentation follows at sixteen degrees Celsius. Six months after harvest, the wine is bottled and stored in the cellars. This gives this white Le Canon Du Marechal its refined and very ripe flavor. The taste is juicy with abundant hints of Viognier, such as peach, melon, and apple. The Muscat provides the freshness, making the glass a perfect complement! This wine is best enjoyed as an aperitif or with fresh salads with shellfish or asparagus, or with white meat and poultry.
