Innovation plays a key role, and after several renovations and investments, the Lenotti family has fully focused on the entire process, from grape selection to a magnificent final product. The Lenotti family owns a significant number of its own vineyards in the following regions: 'Le Folaghe' in Lugana, 'Le Crosare' in Valpolicella Classico, and 'La Pra' and 'Vigna la Giare' in Bardolino Classico. Soave is an ancient wine region in northern Italy. The Garganega grape is grown here. The Classico designation means that the grapes for Lenotti Soave come from the region's finest vineyards. This wine can easily be aged for five years. When young, it tastes of fresh mandarin and pineapple. With age, almond flavors emerge. Delicious with salads and light fish dishes.
