A classic, from the cellars of the powerful Bourdic winery. This winery was founded in the late 1820s. It began as a small cooperative, with a handful of winegrowers participating. It was limited to a few villages. Now, almost 100 years later, Bourdic consists of no fewer than 100 winegrowers who collectively own vineyards in ten communes in southwestern France. The vision has remained unchanged in 100 years. The goal is to grow top-quality grapes while respecting the environment.
The vineyards in the hills of southern France

The name Les Collines on the label refers to the vineyard's location. Les Collines means "the hills." Because the vines are situated somewhat higher, they receive more freshness from the Mediterranean. This only benefits the grapes' growth process. Les Collines du Bourdic Charmes is a perfect blend of two classic grape varieties: Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. To emphasize the friendliness and accessibility of this Bourdic red wine, the Merlot predominates. The grapes are of the highest quality. Because the Bourdic winery is a collaboration of 100 winegrowers, the finest grapes can be selected for its wines.
