Markus Molitor is based in the small village of Klosterberg, nestled in the ever-bustling Moselle River. The man himself personally selects the grapes for Markus Molitor Einstern Pinot Blanc* in early October. A unique feature is that the grapes are spontaneously fermented in large wooden barrels. Afterward, the juice is aged in stainless steel tanks.
