Close your eyes and imagine yourself basking in the southern French sun, your feet in the sand. What's missing? Indeed, this Mas Jean Claude Mas Rose Aurore! Its beautiful light color evokes a summer day in the glass. The aroma offers delightfully complex yet refreshing aromas of cherries, spring blossom, candied fruit, and a refreshing hint of citrus at the finish. This translates into a rich rosé with delightful nuances of young red fruit interspersed with a hint of toffee, and notes of citrus and grapefruit. The finish is even reminiscent of a good Provence rosé.

Pearl from the Languedoc

This delicious wine comes from grandmaster Paul Mas. Jean-Claude Mas is the successor to his ancestors and currently heads the French winery. He is considered a grand master because he can make wine like no other. With respect for nature and extensive knowledge, he also creates this Jean-Claude Mas Rosé Aurore. Thanks to his years of experience, Jean-Claude Mas knows better than anyone how to make a top-notch wine every vintage. It's no wonder, then, that this rosé is a popular house rosé in the Dutch and international hospitality industry.

A light rosé wine

This delicious light rosé is made from Cinsault, Grenache Noir, and Syrah. Three French grapes with the perfect characteristics for producing a fine rosé. Because the Grenache Noir's skins are very thin and virtually colorless, this rosé achieves its beautiful color. The skins of the other grapes ferment only briefly. When the grapes reach perfect ripeness in the vineyards, all three grape varieties are harvested separately by machine, after which they are vinified separately. Jean-Claude Mas will then create the final blend, which will remain consistent year after year. We're in love!
