An organic wine made from 100% of the finest Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes are grown with great respect for the environment and are cultivated using the latest technologies. The result is a beautiful range called Andica. This red wine has beautiful aromas and a fruity flavor.

Five generations of Miquel Torres

In 1870, brothers Jaime and Miguel Torres founded the Torres winery. They were based in Penedes, Spain. In 1979, they decided to expand and established Miguel Torres Chile and Marimar Estate in the Sonoma region of the United States. This made them the first foreign wine company to establish a presence in Chile. Besides their love for Chile's beautiful landscape, Torres also focused on new winemaking technologies. Today, the winery has become an organically certified operation. The brothers also continued to expand in Spain, acquiring land in the Ribera del Duero, Rioja, Jumilla, and Prioratto regions. Today, the fifth generation is at the helm, and their reputation has grown worldwide. In the first half of April, the Pinot Noir grapes are carefully harvested. The grapes are then carefully selected and pressed in the winery. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation then takes place in French oak barrels for seven days. Finally, the entire wine is aged in French oak barrels for eight months.

What does the Miguel Torres Andica Gran Reserva Pinot Noir taste like?

A sparkling wine appears in the glass with a bright red color. Delicate aromas of fresh fruit, strawberries, and raspberries emerge. This aroma is balanced by a hint of licorice. On the palate, it's a dry wine with silky tannins. Light mushroom notes complement a fresh fruity flavor. The finish is long and incredibly good. The Gran Reserva Pinot Noir from Miguel Torres pairs well with duck, mushrooms, pasta, or risotto.
