For over 300 years, this family has owned the beautiful vineyards in the enchanting town of Gols, located in Austria's Burgenland region. Surrounded by the uniquely warm climate of Lake Neusiedl, the fertile soils create ideal conditions for a diverse range of high-quality wines. Only the finest and ripest Pinot Noir bunches are selectively hand-picked, ensuring that only the very best grapes are used for winemaking. After the careful harvest, vinification begins, the delicate winemaking process. The grapes are gently processed to preserve their fruity character and prevent over-extraction of the tannins. Temperature-controlled fermentation ensures a controlled and balanced fermentation process, which helps preserve the aromas and flavors of the grapes.
