Passes of the Capula Verdejo

Pasos de La Capula wines offer excellent value for money. They're delicious wines for drinks, parties, or simply relaxing on the couch. For this white wine, the winemakers used the Verdejo grape, a white grape that feels completely at home in La Mancha. With the warm climate and the cool evening breeze blowing through the vineyards, the grapes enjoy a peaceful and balanced growing season. When the Verdejo grapes for Pasos de La Capula reach their perfect ripeness, they are harvested at night. Because the grapes are still "resting," the skins are more resistant to any bruising or oxidation from the sun during transport to the wineries. After pressing and vinification, the wine is bottled and matured for another two months in the Pasos de La Capula cellars.
