The sustainable harvest of the Viognier and Sauvignon grapes
Paul Mas's vineyards are now at their peak age, yielding the winemaker a superb harvest. The abundant sunshine during which the grapes mature contributes to the wine's strength. The old vines are planted in calcareous, fossil-rich soils on the hillsides. The fresh breeze blowing through the vineyards provides excellent refreshment to the bunches, allowing them to ripen peacefully.
