Pierre Zero's old Merlot vineyard

The old vineyards for this Pierre Zero Merlot are located in the south of France. The grapes receive all the attention, because the better they ripen, the more refined this alcohol-free wine becomes. The sun does its work, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly and evenly, allowing them to absorb plenty of nutrients from the rich soil structure. The grapes are then harvested early in the morning at ideal ripeness to protect them from oxidation. Fermentation then takes place, and the alcohol is extracted from the wine using a completely modern centrifuge technique, which preserves the Merlot flavors in the bottle. This alcohol-free wine is truly unique.

The aroma and taste of the Pierre Zero Merlot

Upon opening the bottle, we already smell the Merlot grape, abundant blackcurrant fruit with a touch of spice. In the glass, it glows a beautiful ruby ​​red with a faint purple hue. With our noses close to the glass, we don't yet notice that this red Merlot is alcohol-free. Beautiful nuances of blackberry and cherry, accompanied by seductive notes of chocolate and pepper.
