The vineyards for this red wine are among the winery's oldest. Here, we find both Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, deeply rooted in the rich soil. Due to the influence of the Atlantic Ocean, the vineyards enjoy a mid-season climate with a perfect balance between warmth and coolness. This coolness comes from the wind that blows across the land from the Adriatic Sea. This excellent balance creates a balanced growing season. When the grapes are perfectly ripe, they are harvested, pressed, and vinified separately. First, the juices undergo a week of skin maceration, after which fermentation begins. After this process, the final blend is assembled and matured for 13 months in French oak barrels. The phenomenal end result is certainly something to be proud of!
