What the Brenninkmeijer family is to the Netherlands, the Raventos family is to Spain. A leading dynasty that has endured for generations. The Raventos family has a kind of royal allure for the Spanish. This is due to many factors, but we especially love their talent for cava production, something they have been doing for a long time. It's no coincidence that they are the founder and owner of the famous cava house Codornui. In the 1980s, the then "pater familias" of the Raventos, Manuel Raventos, decided to step back from the family business and single-handedly establish a new cava house: Raventos Cava was born.
