Manual harvest for Ruinart Rose

This beautiful Rosé Champagne from Ruinart is made with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. Specifically, 55 percent Pinot Noir and 45 percent Chardonnay. These grapes originate from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. Some of these grapes are grown in the 14 hectares of Ruinart's own vineyards, while the remaining grapes come from contracted winemaking families who have worked closely with Ruinart for generations. Harvesting is carried out entirely by hand in each vineyard and region. The grapes from the various vineyards and regions are pressed and vinified separately. Only later is the final blend composed, and the bottles, with their yeast, are put into the cellars for a minimum of three years. During this period, the wine continues to mature and the mousse (bubbles) develop in the bottle. Only when the winemaker is certain that this Rosé Champagne is ready are the bottles released.

The aroma is a palette of aromas we can't get enough of. Delicious notes of exotic fruit complemented by raspberry, strawberry, and cherry. A refined hint of citrus adds a delightful balance at the end. The palate is silky smooth and rich, full of flavor nuances of red fruit interspersed with notes of citrus and tropical fruit.
