This red wine is made from the young vineyards of Cantine Paradiso. These are planted in the Cerignola region of Apulia, where the sun predominates. Because it's the sun that makes the grapes shine! It all starts with opening the bottle, as we smell various fruity notes like forest fruits and cherries. Pouring reveals a beautiful red color with purple glints. Nosing the glass, we noted plenty of fruit, including cherries, blackberries, currants, and some plums. The taste is soft and pleasant, with plenty of sweetness and, of course, just the right amount of fruit.
