One of the leading wineries in Veneto is Sartori. This family business was founded in 1898 by Pietro Sartori, originally with the idea of supplying his hotel with fine wines. Later, thanks in part to his son Regolo, it developed into a large, prestigious winery. His investments led to modernization but also to refinement, significantly improving the quality of the wines. They own vineyards in renowned classico zones and vinify classic wines as well as modern, youthful ones. Today, it is one of the most important wineries in the region, offering a range of high-quality wines.
 Special features for Sartori Soave

The vineyards for this Soave are located on the southern slopes of Monte Lessini, about 30 kilometers from Verona. This area, thanks to its hilly landscape and well-known mountain range, is well sheltered from cold winds. Nestled in the heart of the vineyards lies the town of Soave, which gives this wine its name. Thanks to the clayey soil, the grapes also develop unique characteristics.
The blend consists of Garganega and Trebbiano grapes. When these grapes are fully ripe, they are carefully harvested. A strict selection process follows in the winery, with only the finest grapes remaining. After a gentle pressing and a short period of cold maceration, fermentation takes place at a controlled low temperature. Finally, the wine is aged largely in stainless steel vats and a small portion in oak. After several months, the wine is bottled.
The scent and taste of Sartori Soave

The Sartori Soave is light yellow in color with beautiful green hues. A fruity bouquet is immediately apparent upon pouring this white wine. Exotic fruit, blossom, and white fruit are evident. The palate is delightfully fresh, dry, and slightly minerally. The pleasant finish completes the experience with a hint of almond bitterness.
