The harvest of the Sauvignon Blanc

The vineyards are spread along the west coast of South Africa. The Sauvignon Blanc vineyards are situated at a considerable altitude, providing the bunches with ample sunshine, allowing them to ripen beautifully, but also the necessary cooling. The coolness comes from the sea breeze, ensuring the harvest receives ample freshness. The sharp drop in nighttime temperatures further ensures the right balance in the growing process. After a long growing season, the bunches are brought in at night, essentially while they are dormant. This minimizes the risk of bruising compared to the afternoon. What does Teezen Sauvignon Blanc taste like?

It shines in the glass as well, revealing a beautiful, clear color with green glints. It's bursting with fruit, and we noted hints of gooseberry, green fig, and some citrus on the nose. On the palate, the palate is pampered by soft, fresh fruit notes like lime, gooseberry, passion fruit, and green apple. A touch of green herb on the cheeks completes the whole experience.
