Valdelagunde Rueda Verdejo, Spain through and through! We have many Verdejo wines in our selection, but Pedro Escudero's Verdejos are all top-notch. Take this Valdelagunde Rueda Verdejo, for example. The entire harvest is done manually, exclusively at night. The cool nighttime temperatures preserve the quality of the grapes, minimizing damage to the grapes during transport. The pressing is meticulously done to ensure only the finest juice is used for this Valdelagunde. After vinification, this Valdelagunde Rueda Verdejo is aged in bottle for several months in Pedro Escudero's cellars, after which the winemaker will release this top-notch wine!
