Ventisquero Winery was recently founded by Gonzalo Vial, owner of Agrosuper, Chile's largest food company. This winery was the first in Chile to receive the "Sustainable Wine of Chile" green certification, making it a leader in modern winemaking practices in Chile. They respect nature during winemaking, use minimal water, and reduce CO2 emissions. All Ventisquero wines are made from grapes grown on their own vineyards, ensuring that this process is always subject to strict oversight.
Today, the winery has vineyards planted in seven different wine regions: Maipo, Casablanca, Apalta, Lolol, Leyda, Peralillo, and Huasco in Atacama. All grapes are carefully selected and grown in-house.

With aromas of citrus, pineapple, and banana, this white wine has a light- to medium-bodied palate, good acidity, and fruity notes. This Chardonnay is part of the Ventisquero winery's Clásico line, which aims to express the characteristics of grapes from the Chilean region.
