The grapes are carefully harvested by hand, with only the finest bunches selected. These are then carefully transferred to tanks, where they benefit from a slow aging process. This results in wines with a fresh flavor, lively acidity, and moderate alcohol. After careful fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the Ventisquero GREY Merlot is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, followed by an additional eight months of bottle aging.
