Once at the press, the grapes are pressed. After pressing, they are aged for 24 months in oak barrels. Some of the wine is aged in large Slovenian oak barrels, while the rest is aged in small French oak barrels. After bottling, it is aged in the bottle for another three months in the Villa Trasqua cellar.
