Wild Rock's Old Vineyard

This Pinot Noir is no exception. The grapes are harvested entirely by hand early in the morning to preserve the freshness of the Wild Rock Pinot Noir. After harvesting, the wine is fermented. This Pinot Noir is aged very lightly in oak for approximately seven months. This doesn't add that extra touch, so the wine remains accessible yet exciting.
