Completely hand-harvested for this Zenato S. Cristina Chardonnay
The Zenato S. Cristina Chardonnay comes from the Italian quality winery Zenato. This family business was founded half a century ago by Sergio Zenato in a town on the southern shore of Lake Garda. In the vast wine province of Veneto, the winery now owns nearly one hundred hectares of land. Today, all wines are produced with equal passion, ambition, and dedication by Sergio's wife and children. This winery guarantees quality wines. Early in the morning, when it is still pleasantly cool at the Santa Cristina winery, the grapes are hand-picked in early September. This allows the grapes to retain their flavor, which you can taste in the final product. After a strict selection process—only the very best are used in this Italian wine—the grapes are pressed and then aged in oak barrels. After four to five months of aging in the cellars and another two to three months in the bottle, this white wine from Zenato is ready for sale.
