This red wine is made from eighty percent Corvina grapes, ten percent Rondinella grapes, and ten percent Croatina and Oseleta grapes. All these grapes are harvested by hand during the first ten days of October. The harvest is followed by fermentation and traditional maceration for ten days in stainless steel tanks. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, the wine is separated from the skins with a gentle pressing and aged in oak barrels for approximately twelve months.
