It's also specially designed to be used as a designer piece after it's empty. It's a very harmonious Italian rosé with fruity notes. It's ideal for pairing with all kinds of appetizers.
Fair and organic wines from Pizzolato
At the helm of the Italian winery Pizzolato are brothers Ettimo and Gino Pizzolato, who took over the family business from their father in 1991. The winery, known for its organic wines, is located north of Treviso in Veneto. No chemicals are used, and they primarily utilize the power of nature. They use natural predators like parasitic wasps and ladybugs to combat pests. No sulfites are added during winemaking. Everything revolves around an honest, beautiful, and natural product. This is reflected in the bottle itself. They have created a sustainable bottle. Called M-use, it is designed not to be thrown away, but rather to be reused. But let's not forget the contents. It is a top-quality Italian sparkling wine!
The smell and taste of Pizzolato Spumante d'Italia Rosé
The grapes are gently pressed, and the must is left to decant. Selected yeasts are added for fermentation, which takes place at a controlled temperature of 14 degrees Celsius. After the base wine is prepared, a second fermentation is carried out in an autoclave to achieve the correct pressure. The result is a soft, aromatic wine with a salmon-pink color. Floral notes of cherries and flowers are immediately noticeable. On the palate, a very fruity character emerges, with notes of cherries, strawberries, and raspberries. It has a refreshing character and is ideal as an aperitif, with soup, or sautéed vegetables.
