The Fantini Edizione Bianco is a refined wine that transports you to the Italian sun. Fresh, vibrant, and beautifully balanced. Let yourself be surprised by the distinctive aromas and flavors of this beautiful blend and imagine yourself in la dolce vita.

Fantini Group is a relatively young winery that has quickly become the strongest export company in Southern Italy. The secret of their success lies in their dedication to the highest quality standards and their astute marketing strategies. The company has built an excellent reputation, based on numerous national and international awards, and has quickly risen to the top of the Italian wine world. The team is led by Camillo de Iuliis, a man with a wealth of experience in the English wine trade and a keen eye for wine trends. Fantini is all about making wine of the highest quality, with unparalleled passion and dedication. Their wines are a true expression of the Southern Italian terroir and a pleasure to drink. This Edizione Bianco blend consists of Fiano, Grillo, and Pecorino grapes. All grapes are harvested entirely by hand at peak ripeness. Only the finest grapes are selected. In the winery, each grape variety undergoes a separate vinification process. This allows the winemaker to preserve all the unique characteristics of each grape variety. After a gentle pressing, the grapes undergo a 12-hour cold maceration. After this, they are pressed. The Pecorino grapes are fermented in barrels, while the Fiano and Grillo grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks. The result is a complex and balanced wine.

The Fantini Edizione Bianco has a rich and full flavor. The aroma is rich with exotic fruit, with mango and papaya clearly prominent. The palate is primarily citrus fruits, such as lime and grapefruit. This creates a fresh taste that's beautifully balanced with the slightly sweet fruit character. It's a lively and refreshing wine with good structure and a pleasant mouthfeel. The finish is also long, providing a truly immersive experience.
