Three qualities define the character of this Italian cuvée: full power, elegance, and intensity. Tinazzi brings them together in an international calling card full of ripe red fruit, enveloping spices, chocolate, and licorice, with a long finish that convincingly earns its place within the Premium line.
Opera N°3 bears the broad Vino d’Italia origin and brings various Italian wine traditions together in one cuvée.
-
Location / Origin: The regional designation gives Tinazzi the freedom to unite grapes from different parts of Italy. This creates a layered style in which fresh tension, sunny ripeness, and savory depth complement each other.
The vinification is focused on deep color, concentrated fruit, and a powerful structure with beautifully rounded tannins.
-
Fermentation: After gentle pressing and destemming, 10–15 days of fermentation and maceration follow at a controlled temperature of 20–24 °C. This approach gradually builds color, ripe fruit aromas, spiciness, and tannins.
-
Alcohol percentage: With 15% alcohol, Opera N°3 has sufficient volume and power to harmoniously carry the concentrated fruit, the spices, and the long finish.
The current blend unites 3 Italian classics, each with a clear role in the end result.
-
Corvina – Italy: Corvina contributes juicy cherry fruit, fresh acids, and a refined spiciness, giving the rich blend vibrancy and aromatic tension.
-
Primitivo – Italy: Primitivo provides ripe plums, dark fruit, a generous body, and a soft, enveloping texture.
-
Sangiovese – Italy: Sangiovese adds red cherries, savory spices, fresh acids, and extra grip, giving the long finish more energy and definition.
