This light, dry, and accessible rosé is made by Laurent Miquel, a young, talented winemaker from the Languedoc region, where the Miquel family has been producing wine since 1791. His estate is located in the commune of Cessenon-sur-Orb in the southern part of the Saint-Chinian wine region. His vineyard covers eight hectares and has clay-limestone soil. Owner Laurent Miquel's mission is to produce high-quality wine, emphasizing the purity, balance, and minerality of his wines. This Vendanges Nocturnes Rosé is made from carefully selected grapes of the classic French varietals Syrah and Cinsault. It uses a modern process, with temperature controls to preserve as much fruit as possible. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks.
