The vineyards are maintained by local winegrowers, with whom Catherine and Laurent have long-term contracts. This means they have access to a wide variety of grape varieties, from classics like Chardonnay and Merlot to more unusual varieties like Viognier and Syrah. In total, the winemakers have access to some 400 hectares of vineyards, a vast area even by French standards.
