Simple in their simplicity: that's Resplandy's wines. Don't expect complicated blends with an adventurous story. Just good wines, where each wine features a distinct grape variety. Distinctive, friendly, and accessible. That's why you can't go wrong with Resplandy wines. For Resplandy wines, we travel to the very south of France: the Pays D'oc. This vast wine region, encompassing the Languedoc and Roussillon, is France's wine cellar. It's the largest producer by volume, and since the quality increase that began at the turn of the century, it's also respected for its fine wines. That's why we're always up for a wine from the Pays D'oc and enjoy a glass of Resplandy wine.

The French wines of Resplandy

Resplandy wines are produced in the Pays D'Oc, where the sun shines brightly. The choice of Pays D'Oc is no coincidence. All the elements required for excellent viticulture are present here. The terroir is fertile, the sun shines brightly, and the Mediterranean Sea provides the necessary cooling. Especially at night, a fresh sea breeze blows along the vineyards. This ensures optimal growth and produces thick, full bunches of grapes.

The wines of Resplandy

The vineyards grow just three grape varieties. By focusing on fewer grapes, Resplandy believes they can create better wines. Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah, and Merlot thrive on the vines of Resplandy's vineyards. The refreshing breeze from the Mediterranean makes the Sauvignon Blanc, in particular, a refreshing glass of wine.

The Resplandy Syrah Rosé is also a real winner in our opinion. It's a bit darker in color, but don't let that fool you. This is thanks to the Syrah grapes. The skins are briefly fermented during the production of this rosé. However, the Syrah grape releases a tremendous amount of color, giving Resplandy Syrah Rosé its dark color.
