Salentein's vineyards are located at altitudes ranging from 1,050 to 1,700 meters above sea level in the Uco Valley, at the foot of the Andes. The mineral-rich soil with excellent drainage offers optimal growing conditions for various grape varieties.

The wines are aged in a striking bodega, designed in the shape of a cross, where they are aged eight meters underground in oak barrels in a space reminiscent of an amphitheater.
