The Smell and Taste of The Tower Book 17 XVII

For De Toren Book 17 XVII, three typical grape varieties are used: Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Cabernet Franc. Anyone who didn't know better would think that we were dealing with a classic Bordeaux wine, or at least one of the highest quality. The precious juice of De Toren first undergoes a wood aging of 12 months in new oak. After this, the juice is pumped over to other new oak barrels, after which De Toren Book 17 XVII matures for another 6 months. This creates a robust whole. You get refined, elegant impressions of crème de cassis, figs and fresh fruitcake. The wood aging is clearly distinguishable in the impressive palette of De Toren Book 17 XVII.
