In 2002, Jean Claude and Carolyn Martin began their dream. They started by planting 22 hectares of new vineyards. This site had never been vine-grown before, making the risk of viruses very low. They planted a beautiful variety of grapes: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Viognier, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah, and Malbec. The vineyards are situated 350 meters above sea level and just a stone's throw from the Atlantic Ocean. The ideal soil combined with the fresh sea breeze provides perfect conditions for viticulture. Five years later, the first harvest took place, requiring the best equipment in the cellar. Since then, they have been working hard to make a name for themselves with their quality wines. This is a winery you absolutely shouldn't miss.
The best of the best. The grapes come from a single, specific part of the vineyard. After careful harvesting, the grapes are pressed and the juice is fermented in oak barrels. The wine then matures for eight months in oak, forty percent of which is new. A wine of pure class with excellent aging potential (ten to fifteen years).
This white wine is elegant and refined in its aromas, with notes of fresh lime and delicate quince, along with warm notes of butterscotch and almond. This Creation The Art of Chardonnay is a creamy, beautifully balanced Chardonnay. Beautiful, rich flavors of vanilla pod, peaches, ripe pear, a hint of white pepper, and a lovely minerality.
