Thanks to the old vines, the yield per plant is low, but the quality is outstanding. The harvest for this white wine is carried out entirely by hand, ensuring a rigorous selection of the grapes. After pressing, the wine is aged in barriques on its lees for nine months to enhance its depth and suppleness. The result is phenomenal.
