A luxurious wine from Veneto

Lugana is a wine from the province of Brescia, south of Lake Garda. Since 1998, Lugana has also held a DOC designation. This is a classification under Italian wine law. Only wines that meet certain requirements receive this designation. Farina Lugana is made entirely from Trebbiano grapes, an indigenous grape variety that has achieved various successes in the past, but is best known for its use in Lugana. The Farina vineyards for this white wine are very small and located between Verona and Brescia, in the heart of Lugana. This is the only way to achieve the high quality for which Farina is renowned.
