In the heart of the Collio region, the Korsic family has been running their winery for generations. With great care and dedication, they bring the grapes to life in their high-quality wines. The soils, consisting of marl and layered sandstone, nourish the vines and give the wines a beautiful minerality. This makes them unique. The Adriatic Sea ensures the grapes stay dry, and the Julian Alps protect them from cold currents and rain. This creates a perfect climate for viticulture.
The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand when they are fully ripe. Almost immediately after harvest, they are transported to the winery. Here, the Friulano, Rubolla, and Chardonnay grapes are destemmed, crushed, and vinified separately. First, the grapes undergo fermentation in steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation. After this, the wines are blended, and the final wine is aged in steel vats for several months. After bottling, the wine is allowed to rest in the bottle for a few more months.

And then it's time to savor this straw-yellow wine with golden reflections in the glass. The nose reveals aromas of white flowers, floral honey, and a delicate minerality.
