The vinification of Laurent Miquel Cinsault Syrah Grenache

This red wine is made from 80 percent Syrah grapes and 20 percent Grenache. This combination creates a pleasant yet challenging red wine. To maximize fruit quality, the grapes are harvested at night with strict selection of the ripe fruit. After a long, temperature-controlled fermentation in tanks, 20 percent of the wine is aged for three months in American oak barrels.
